Class of 2025 & Families!
We are almost to the big day! Here is a quick summary of events coming up! Please be sure to take some time to review this information. 

Last Chapter
June 6th, @ 6:00 PM RSVP HERE:
Outdoor dinner on campus, followed by the Last Chapter Event in the Big Gym.
- Students and Families, dinner will begin at 6:00 pm outside in the courtyard/quad followed by the Last Chapter ceremony in the Gym. 

• Tickets: $25 each (scholarships available)

Senior Student Cap & Gown Pick-Up
June 10th, 11:05 to 11:55
Outdoors on the Quad/Senior Tree
- Students, please bring your Senior Clearance Form, completely signed when you arrive at the tables. We’ll keep the form, and you’ll get your cap and gown.
- Students are allowed to decorate their graduation caps only. Please be mindful to keep decorations respectful. 

Senior Student Graduation Rehearsals
June 10th, 1:30 to 3:30
June 11th, 1:30 to 3:30
On the Baseball Field
- Students, rehearsals are mandatory. It is important to attend both rehearsals.

GRADUATION!!
June 12th on the AWHS Baseball Field
- Seniors, report to the Main Gym at 3:15 PM to line up for the graduation ceremony procession. Do not be late!
- The AWHS Falcon Foundation will provide leis for all graduates and they will be handed out as you line up for the ceremony.
- Families, it can at times be very warm outside on the baseball field so please plan accordingly. Please be mindful not to block views with umbrellas.
- If you have a family member with limited mobility, we will have transportation assistance available in the front main parking lot. Please email ldiazrodriguez@tamdistrict.org by June 1 if you’ll need any additional support.
- Gates open at 3:00pm.  Seats may not be reserved before 3:00pm.   Please note that we are expecting a large number of attendees at the ceremony, and we greatly appreciate your patience!
- The ceremony will last approximately one hour. We do not sell or provide tickets to the graduation ceremony. There will be plenty of seating and standing room. Wheelchair seating is also available if needed.

Senior Safe and Sober Grad Night
June 12th, 8:45PM to 2:30 AM
- Seniors, don't miss out on this unforgettable night! The Falcon Foundation's Safe and Sober Grad Night is happening Thursday, June 12th from 8:45PM to 2:30AM - completely free for all AWHS Class of '25 graduates!
- Important: To attend, students must submit a signed 2025 Grad Night Code of Conduct and Waiver. Both students and parents/guardians must sign, even if the student is 18. Forms can be mailed to the Falcon Foundation or dropped off in the Staff Lounge mailbox.

Please know that no student or family will be left out of any celebration or event for financial reasons. Financial Aid is available for all events.
