Class of 2024 & Families!
We are almost to the big day! Here is a quick summary of events coming up! Please be sure to take some time to review this information.
Last Chapter
June 7th, @ 6:00 PM
Outdoor dinner on campus, followed by the Last Chapter Event in the Big Gym.
- Students and Families, dinner will begin at 6:00 pm outside in the courtyard/quad followed by the Last Chapter ceremony in the Gym.
Senior Student Cap & Gown Pick-Up
June 11th, 10:30 to 1:30
June 12th, 2:30 to 4:00
Outdoors on the Quad/Senior Tree
- Students, please bring your Senior Clearance Form, completely signed when you arrive at the tables. We’ll keep the form, and you’ll get your cap and gown.
- Students are allowed to decorate their graduation caps only. Please be mindful to keep decorations respectful.
Senior Student Graduation Rehearsals
June 11th, 1:30 t0 3:30
June 12th, 1:30 to 3:30
On the Baseball Field
- Students, rehearsals are mandatory. It is important to attend both rehearsals.
GRADUATION!!
June 13 on the AWHS Baseball Field
- Seniors, report to the Main Gym at 3:15 PM to line up for the graduation ceremony procession. Do not be late!
- The AWHS Falcon Foundation will provide leis for all graduates and they will be handed out as you line up for the ceremony.
- Families, it can at times be very warm outside on the baseball field so please plan accordingly. Please be mindful not to block views with umbrellas.
- The ceremony will last approximately one hour. We do not sell or provide tickets to the graduation ceremony. There will be plenty of seating and standing room. Wheelchair seating is also available if needed.
- Ceremony pictures will be taken of students receiving their diplomas by Campus Candids. See info about this below.
Not able to join us in person for the ceremony? We will be livestreaming the event from this link HERE.
Streaming will begin at 4:00 PM. The ceremony will also be live on Comcast Channel 30 and AT&T Channel 99
Senior Sober Grad Night
June 13th, 8:45 to 2:30 AM

- Check-in starts at 8:45 in the Saunders parking lot.
Please know that no student or family will be left out of any celebration or event for financial reasons. Financial aid is available for all events.
