Archie Williams Events Calendar | 2026-2027 Bell Schedule

Homecoming Dance

The Homecoming Dance is Friday, October 2 from 7:00–9:30 PM and is for AWHS students only.

Check-in is from 7:00–8:00 PM. No students will be checked in after 8:00 PM. Once inside, students may not check out or leave before 9:00 PM.

Don’t forget to show up in your class colors!

Early Release – Wednesday, October 7

Wednesday, October 7 is a Minimum Day for students due to staff professional development.

Schedule:
5th Period: 8:30–9:40 AM
6th Period: 9:55–11:05 AM
Break/Lunch: 11:05–11:20 AM
7th Period: 11:20 AM–12:30 PM

Students will be released at 12:30 PM.

Youth Transit Passes Are Moving to Clipper!

Marin Transit is transitioning from youth pass stickers on student ID cards to Clipper cards. Students who use Marin Transit can now begin the two-step application process:

1. Apply for and receive a Youth Clipper card. Cards may take two to four weeks to arrive OR receive it in person at San Rafael Transit Center.
2. Once the card arrives, apply for the free Youth Pass through Marin Transit.

The Summer Youth Ride Free program runs through August 31, and temporary Youth Passes will remain valid through October 31, 2026. Temporary passes can be picked up in the Budget Office.

PSAT/SAT Testing

Archie Williams HS will be offering the PSAT/NMSQT and the SAT to Archie students, only. The exams will be offered at each school campus in October. If you would like to sign up for these exams, please click on this link to access the sign-up form.

IMPORTANT: ONLY STUDENTS CAN SUBMIT THIS FORM, NOT THEIR PARENTS.

Here is the schedule for the exams:

October 20, 2026 --> PSAT/NMSQT for Grade 10 and 11
October 21, 2026 --> SAT for Grades 11 and 12

NOTE: Students enrolled in 9th grade for 2026-27 are NOT eligible to take these scheduled exams.

The deadline for submissions is September 11, 2026. If you submit the form multiple times, only your last submission will be considered.

Athlete Registration – 2026–27

All students planning to participate in athletics must complete online athlete registration and submit required clearance forms before participating.
