Archie Williams Events Calendar | 2025-2026 Bell Schedule

Prom Information

Prom is May 2nd at the Exploratorium. Prom Tickets are on sale now online and in person for AW 11th and 12th graders.

Student Tickets are $110.
Guest Passes are available in the AP Office. Guest passes are needed for all non 11th and 12th grade AW students.
AW Guests (9th and 10th graders) tickets are $110.
All non-AW guest tickets are $125 and must be purchased in the Budget Office.

Senior Class Information

Information about senior standing, graduation eligibility, senior activities, and transcripts is now available on the Senior Class Information page. Seniors and families are encouraged to review these updates regularly as we move closer to graduation.

Incoming 9th Grade Registration | 2026–27 School Year

Registration for incoming 9th graders (Class of 2030) opened January 7. Click here for the full registration letter and important dates. Click here for the registration webpage. Please note, you will receive an email about elective choices once we've processed your registration.
